Alfa hladina nastupuje v oblasti vědomí, ale odpovídá snovému stavu, blíží se tak k oblasti podvědomí. Je to stav, ve kterém se cítíme uvolněně, naše představy a sny dostávají konkrétní podobu. Naše tělo i mysl necítí žádné napětí, jen pohodu a klid.
A to hladina, do které se potřebujete dostat, při práci s kyvadlem, když pracujete s vnitřním dítětem, se srdcem.
